RETURNS:
Here at Trill Vintage, all sales are final. By proceeding with your purchase, you are accepting that these items are in second-hand, gently used condition and therefore may have minor flaws including, but not limited to: fading, small holes, light areas of discoloration, pilling, graphic cracking, and snags. I do my very best to inspect every garment and disclose any and all flaws, but I am only human and some minor imperfections may go unnoticed. Refunds will not be granted on this basis. If you feel something is majorly wrong with your order, please contact me immediately and I will be happy to work with you to resolve it promptly.

SHIPPING:

Shipments are sent through USPS. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as it can not be changed once your transaction has been processed. Trill Vintage accepts zero responsibility for lost packages under any circumstances. Once shipped it is simply out of my hands. If you have a problem receiving your order, please contact USPS online or your local post office and provide them with your tracking number.
